Terms & Conditions

I agree and acknowledge that I have read the terms and conditions of Glamour Puss Dance Academy and agree to these terms and conditions at my own free will.

  1. Upon booking a class a $50.00 deposit is payable prior to the start date.
  2. All monies owing for the term must be paid within 2 weeks of starting the term.
  3. Students take full responsibility for their property Glamour Puss Dance Academy holds NO RESPONSIBILITY for lost or damaged items.
  4. All students agree and acknowledge should they not be able to make it to a class they must take it upon themselves to arrange a catch up class within the week of the missed class if positions are available.
  5. Terms are not transferrable neaning cannot be traded for another class
  6. Should a student have a serious injury that sustains them from participating a credit will be given to them for the new term unless unable to return they will receive a refund less $50.00 deposit upon consideration. ie: Pregnancy, serious illness with a doctors certificate.
  7. Students booked in for an additional class in the same term will receive is entitled to a discount of 1/2 off the standard course price of $200.
  8. Students participating agree upon an accident involving them that first aid medical treatment can be used until paramedics arrive.
  9. The Studio is a female orientated and no males or children are allowed on the premise. Please make alternative arrangements.
  10. Refund policy on parties bookings. Cancellation within 14 days of the party will result in a $150 cancellation fee. We do not give refunds for people who have confirmed but do not show up on the night.
  11. Under no circumstances are students allowed to use any of the Glamour Puss Dance Academy syllibus, music or dance routines for their own financial gain or knowly provide anyone else with any of the routines or music that will use the information for their own financial gain, unless they have received the permission of Glamour Puss Dance Academy and it’s owners.
