FAQ
What do I wear?
Comfortable non restrictive clothing like something you would wear to the gym is recommended as you will be required to do floor work. A singlet or T shirt is fine and sneakers, jazz sneakers or high heels can be worn during the classes. You can dress up for fun if you like but it’s not compulsory. Bring a water bottle, towel and hair tie because you’re going to get hot.
Do I have to be certain age or size?
No you don’t have to worry about how big or small you are, all shapes and sizes are welcome. We do however require you to be between the ages of 18 years and a 100 years old so as you can see anyone is welcome.
Do I have to take my clothes off?
There is no nudity in our workshops, we only provide you with the tools for sexy clothing removal and then it’s up to you what you do with it behind closed doors.
What if I miss a class?
We will do our best to fit you into one of our other classes so you don’t fall behind provided you have called up to cancel 24 hours before your scheduled class. If you don’t show up and haven’t cancelled we cannot provide you with an alternative class.
If you decide to stop attending the classes there is a no refund policy which is stated in your enrolment form.
Can my friends come and watch?
